Description

The ultimate personal audio companion, combining an exquisite industrial design with the sophistication of a premium, fully balanced Class A headphone amplifier supported by an ESS Sabre ES9028PRO DAC. Downstream from the DAC, the analogue output filters are implemented externally using discrete components custom engineered by Rotel to deliver exceptional musical accuracy. Connect your balanced or single ended headphones to the DX 3, or drive a pair of active, powered loudspeakers directly, rendering music up to 32 bit/384 kHz via PC USB, 24 bit/192 kHz through Coaxial/Optical, aptX™  HD wireless Bluetooth, or any legacy audio equipment through the AUX RCA input.

Its fully balanced circuit topology is driven by an in house manufactured toroidal transformer with ultra low noise isolation and high grade filter capacitors. The full colour graphic display, extruded aluminium remote control, and intuitive front panel controls ensure effortless operation and configuration.

The DX 3 is ideal for discerning listeners who wish to enjoy music through loudspeakers or in private listening sessions, blending refined performance with contemporary design.
