The Elite SC-95 receiver achieves unprecedented realism,
thanks to Dolby Atmos^® surround sound driven by powerful Class
D³ amplification. The Elite SC-95 provides studio-grade room
calibration with MCACC^® Pro. Along with advanced multi-zone

Powerful Class D³ Amplification

Power and efficiency are hallmarks of the Elite SC-95,
thanks to Class D³ amplifiers that deliver plenty of power in a
cool-running, lightweight package. Pioneer’s advanced Class D³ digital
circuitry overcomes the limitations of traditional Class AB amplifier designs,
which suffer reduced power output as channels are added. Instead, Pioneer Class
D³ delivers full power across all nine channels simultaneously,
for a total of 760 watts (8 ohms, 1 kHz @ 1.0% THD). The Elite SC-95 recreates
the full impact and dynamic range of today’s high-resolution multi-channel
audio and movie soundtracks. With a direct signal path and no EMI filters,
feedback loops or current limiting, these amps can handle low-impedance speaker
loads that challenge lesser receivers. Meanwhile, the amps in the Elite SC-95
are so efficient, they generate less heat and energy loss while consuming a
fraction of the power and with greater reliability.

room calibration through the built-in MCACC Pro feature, in conjunction with
Atmos-enabled speakers like the Elite Home Theater System or dedicated

Precision Room Calibration with MCACC Pro

MCACC (Multi-Channel Acoustic Calibration) Pro takes room
calibration to a new level of precision. Further enhancing the
three-dimensional realism of the Elite SC-95, MCACC Pro calibrates your room
sound using a sound-collecting microphone to monitor the sound environment and
an equalizer to optimize and precision-tune each speaker to the room. Pioneer’s
Full-Band Phase Control technology eliminates phase lag to precisely control
sound locations for ideal multi-channel sound reproduction. MCACC Pro is so
advanced that it includes dual independent subwoofer EQ. Tailoring left and
right-channel low frequency response curves lets you achieve optimum subwoofer
performance, creating powerful bass response and seamless integration with your

Supporting high-resolution digital file formats
(192kHz/24-bit) in WAV, FLAC, AIFF and Apple Lossless lets audiophiles hear
their favorite music as it was originally intended. Apple Lossless reconstructs
exact data from compressed data, with no discernible loss in audio quality.
MP3, AAC, WMA, WAV and FLAC music files can be streamed from a compatible PC,

The Elite SC-95 supports transmission of 4K/60P/4:4:/24-bit
video signals and High Dynamic Range (HDR) signals, along with the latest HDCP
2.2 copyright protection standard. 4K Ultra HD Pass-through is the recognized
standard of ultra-high video resolution, boasting 3,840 x 2,160 (24 Hz/25 Hz/30
Hz) pixels or 4,096 x 2,160 (24 Hz) pixels. Every Elite AV receiver can pass
through 4K video signals to any compatible display, offering the
highest-quality image available — a full four times the current HD standard.

Video Scaler with Super Resolution

up-scale any video source to 4K Ultra HD resolution for improved picture
