MCACC (Multi-Channel Acoustic Calibration) Pro takes room calibration to a new level of precision. Further enhancing the three-dimensional realism of the Elite’s Atmos-enabled system as well as all of your other audio sources, MCACC Pro calibrates your room’s sound using a microphone to monitor the acoustic environment and an equalizer to optimize and precision-tune each speaker to the room. Pioneer’s Full-Band Phase Control technology eliminates phase lag to precisely control sound locations for ideal stereo and multi-channel sound reproduction. MCACC Pro is so advanced that it includes dual independent subwoofer EQ. Precision Playback in Multiple Formats

Supporting high-resolution digital file formats (192kHz/24-bit) in WAV, FLAC, AIFF and Apple Lossless lets audiophiles hear their favorite music as it was originally intended. Apple Lossless reconstructs exact data from compressed data, with no discernible loss in audio quality. MP3, AAC, WMA, WAV and FLAC music files can be streamed from a compatible PC, laptop, tablet or smartphone via a wired network. The Elite SC-99 features 192kHz/24-bit asynchronous USB-DAC (B-type) for ultra-high quality direct music playback from a USB connected PC or Mac. Gapless Playback eliminates gaps between consecutive tracks intended to be played continuously, such as classical music or live recordings. The SC-99 is so complete, it even features a Phono input (MM) for vinyl lovers.

The Elite SC-99 supports transmission of 4K/60P/4:4:4/24-bit video signals and High Dynamic Range (HDR) signals, along with the latest HDCP 2.2 copyright protection standard. 4K Ultra HD pass-through is the newest and most exciting video standard boasting a resolution of 3,840 x 2,160 (24 Hz/25 Hz/30 Hz) pixels or 4,096 x 2,160 (24 Hz) pixels. Every Elite AV receiver can pass through 4K video signals to any compatible display, offering the highest-quality image available — a full four times the current HD standard!
