Trade-In Form

Hi-Fi Heaven will consider all trade-in equipment toward the purchase of new or used components.

You can trade in any component(s) toward the purchase of a component, or multiple components. Your trade does not have to be the same type of component that you wish to purchase; e.g., you can trade in a receiver toward a pair of speakers.

• Items without factory packing are difficult to accept. While not exclusively ruled out, we may decline due to the delicate nature of audio equipment. 
• We usually do not accept trades towards “demo”, “open-box”, or “refurbished” items. 
• We do not accept pro audio gear of any kind. 
• We do not accept 220v/240v gear of any kind. 
• Safely and correctly packing equipment for transit is the customer’s responsibility.  We are not liable for damage incurred in transit and it can affect the trade-in values. 
• Trade-in deals that are accepted by both parties are final.  We cannot return your gear, and the equipment you have purchased is final.
