Hi-Fi Heaven is a “Fraud Smart” company and all orders go through numerous security and anti-fraud checks. This all is done in order to protect your accounts from fraud as well as to protect ourselves from fraudulent orders. We reserve the right to not process your order until we have verified your information or until we receive your payment by some other verifiable method.

  • Payment Methods: Hi-Fi Heaven wants to ensure that we offer buyers an array of safe, appropriate, and convenient payment choices. During checkout you can choose any of the payment methods below.
  • Credit Card: We will only ship to your verifiable credit card’s billing address or an authorized address on file with your credit card company (you can add addresses to your credit card account by contacting the card issuing company). We currently accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. Orders process quickly, unless there is a problem with the card.
  • PayPal: If you choose to use a PayPal account for making payment your shipping-to address MUST be CONFIRMED. All PayPal payments that do not adhere to this policy will be immediately canceled. Orders are processed as soon as you send us the PayPal payment.
  • Checks and Money Orders: Payments made by personal check must clear the bank before your order will be shipped. Once cleared, the order can be shipped anywhere you want. Checks take 5 business days to clear.
  • Wire Transfer: Payments made by Wire Transfer must clear the bank before your order will be shipped. Once cleared, the order can be shipped anywhere you want. Wire Transfers are only eligible for store credit if money is due back for any reason. Wire Transfers take 3 business days to clear.


Ordering an item from Hi-Fi Heaven? We can ship to virtually any address in the world with some restrictions listed below.

Orders inside the US lower 48 and many areas in Canada are shipped and insured via UPS Ground, USPS mail, SpeeDee Delivery or various Freight Carriers depending on the item and destination. Tracking information will be provided via email and your online account once your order has been processed.  Orders are processed usually in 1 business day but can take longer during holidays.  Special order items will have additional processing time.  Delivery time in transit is usually 1-5 business days

Saturday delivery is not a standard carrier delivery day and has a surcharge to normal rates. Furthermore, Saturday delivery is not available for all domestic locations. So, if you need something specifically delivered on a Saturday then you MUST first contact us for a quote and availability.

  • Free Shipping: Free shipping is offered on most orders over $100 and valid only on shipments within the lower 48 states and many areas in Canada. This offer does not apply to APO/FPO and international addresses. Any items returned that received free shipping upon purchase will be refunded minus the actual cost of shipping.
  • Oversized & Heavy Items: Oversized and heavy items may be subject to additional shipping charges due to restrictions on weight, size, freight costs and/or carrier surcharges.  Contact us for an accurate shipping quote prior to placing your order. If funds are due, your order will not be processed until all payments have been received.

Orders outside the US lower 48 States and major areas in Canada are subject to shipping, insurance and handling charges. Products are shipped via USPS in most cases.  If funds are due, your order will not be processed until all payments have been received

International Customers

Note: international customers that purchase a powered hardware product, please know that Hi-Fi Heaven sells products which are meant to be used in the USA with a 120VAC/60Hz circuit. Since you are not in the USA, it is your responsibility to ensure that the unit receives the proper voltage using a step up and/or step down voltage converter. Using this device with a voltage or frequency that is not 120VAC/60Hz may cause damage to the unit and greatly increases the risk of bodily harm or even fire. Hi-Fi Heaven is not responsible for damage to a unit that is not used with 120VAC/60Hz. Hi-Fi Heaven will also not be able to provide you with warranty service or a replacement product.  Due to the high cost of shipping products internationally, Hi-Fi Heaven will not pay for the return shipping of the product back to Hi-Fi Heaven. All costs related to shipping a product for a return to and from Hi-Fi Heaven must be covered by the customer.  Customers who refuse or abandon shipments will be charged all fees that Hi-Fi Heaven has incurred to retrieve the package.

Returns & Exchanges

If you would like to return an item, please contact us within 14 days of receipt and we will issue a return authorization (RA) number.  All returns must be authorized by us in advance and any unauthorized returns will be refused or additional restocking fees will be added. Once issued an RA number you have 5 business days to ship back the item or we have the option to refuse the return or adjust the restocking fee accordingly. All returns must come back as factory fresh in 100% new condition in its original unmarked box or carton with all manuals, warranty cards, remote controls, factory internal packaging, etc. Adjustments or refusal will be made for any damages or missing items. We reserve the right to reject returns at our discretion. You will be responsible for all shipping charges incurred, out bound and/or inbound, even if shipping was not charged as a separate line item on your original invoice. Refunds are issued back to the original source of the purchase. This Return Policy does not apply to items listed in the “No Returns” list below. Therefore, please check your systems requirements and compatibility prior to purchase.

Phono cartridges and styli must be deemed defective by the product manufacturer, via microscope inspection and/or testing, before they can be exchanged. Broken/missing/bent needles and/or cantilevers are not a manufacturing defect, and are due to buyer mishandling from installation, unpacking turntable or other reason.  In such cases, the item will not be returnable.

No Returns List: Please be aware before placing your order that the following items cannot be returned or exchanged for any reason other than defective products in need of repair or replacement. These are all items that require research on your part to make sure sizes, colors and applications are correct in advance of ordering. Ineligible products include:

  • Discontinued Items
  • B-stock, display models, and pre-owned equipment
  • Software and Software Bundled Devices (this includes audio interfaces that come bundled with licensed software)
  • Headphones (due to the inherent ick-factor)
  • Racks & Furniture
  • Items Purchased on Special or With Rebates
  • Custom Length Cables
  • Modified Equipment or Modifications
  • Special Order Items
  • Opened Phono Cartridges or Styli
  • Cleaners and Cleaning Machines

Restocking Fees: Assuming that the return criteria has been met and we accept the return, you will be responsible for all shipping charges incurred, out bound and/or inbound, even if shipping was not charged as a separate line item on your original invoice. A 15% restocking fee will apply to all un-opened items and a 20% restocking fee will apply to all opened items. However, if you would like to exchange the item with an item of equal or greater value at regular retail price, then a credit will be issued and the restocking fee waived. Exchanges cannot be combined with Trade-In quotes.  Only 1 exchange towards equal or greater value item/s can be done without restocking fees. We can also issue a store credit for the full purchase price, minus shipping costs, towards a future purchase.  The store credit will expire 1 year from the date the returned item was received back to us.  Items purchased using a store credit can not be returned for another store credit and will then be subject to restocking fees. Order Acceptance

Please note that there may be certain orders that we are unable to accept and must cancel. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order for any reason. For your convenience, you will not be charged until your payment method is authorized, the order information is verified for accuracy and your order is shipped. Some situations that may result in your order being canceled include limitations on quantities available for purchase, inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information, or problems identified by our credit and fraud avoidance department. We may also require additional verifications or information before accepting any order. We will contact you if all or any portion of your order is canceled or if additional information is required to accept your order. If your order is canceled after your credit card has been charged, we will issue a credit to your credit card in the amount of the charge. After an order is placed, cancellation is not possible once the item has been shipped.

Hi-Fi Heaven is the sole owner of the information collected on this site.  We will not sell, share, or rent this information to others in ways different from what is disclosed in this statement. 

We request information from the user on our order form.  Here a user must provide contact information (like name and shipping address) and financial information (like credit card number, expiration date).  This information is used for billing purposes and to fill customer’s orders.  If we have trouble processing an order, this contact information is used to get in touch with the user.
